Course Overview

A highly interactive 2 Days training Program covering essential management skills for Supervisors, Officers and newly appointed Managers. Designed to increase awareness of the Supervisory’s Management role and to realize how crucial it is to lead a motivated, strong and efficient working team. It emphasizes the importance of improving and developing subordinates’ performance through effective management with the application of management tool with the right attitude.

Today’s Human Resource Management role is becoming more and more challenging and demanding as workload increases and people becoming more dynamic between generation gap and customers’ expectations are getting higher and more sophisticated with the exposure to economic, social, technological and cultural influences with Competition, pricing and Service competitiveness. With these, Management Personnel need to realize and equip themselves with the right tools and the right mindset to stay relevant and current, balancing and juggling with this ever challenging management of human character, behaviour and tasks without sacrificing the expectations of Senior Management and Clients.
