Mentoring Skills Workshop

This interactive and practical workshop is designed to help participants develop the key and powerful skills of Mentoring. It will help attendees become effective mentors through enhancing their mentoring skills in order to help the mentee achieve the results or objectives that the mentee has set. This workshop will be valuable both to those new to Mentoring or wishes to enhance their mentoring skills.

People Management is so crucial in the business world these days as the people become part of the driver for business success. Many organisations have embarked on a Mentoring Programme as part of their people development culture. When mentoring programme are implemented successfully, a mentor can provide guidance and help meet the Mentee’s needs and goals in a systematic way, which in turn helps improve the overall performance of the organisation. The Mentee will also feel empowered and stretches their performance levels in the organisation.

• Understand the benefits of mentoring and its general guidelines
• Implement the correct way of mentoring through the use of the key mentoring skills

• Be sensitive, unbiased and not judgmental when conducting a mentoring session
